Nieuwe uitdaging

Waar zal de uiteindelijke grens, letterlijk en figuurlijk, komen te liggen ?

Lieve allemaal,

Vorige week hebben wij een Facebook bericht verstuurd met onderstaande inhoud. Doordat niet iedereen Facebook gebruikt sturen we je hierbij een kopie van dit bericht in deze blog:

Cycling thousands of kilometres through 3 different desserts and climbing high snow peaked mountains are nothing compared with the new challenge we're facing right now.

Youri wants to stop cycling. He's tired from moving around, meeting new people over and over again, and cycling just another mountain. Isa is more like a gypsy and loves to continue endlessly.

Living the dream together with two complete opposite wishes. We feel a lot of emotions and try to find the strength to connect our directions into a dream which makes us both happy. We're leaving Kenya today and will discover Uganda with no direction or plan. The only direction we like to make right now is to find each other again.

Op dit moment zijn we in MBale (Uganda) en is het proces nog gaande. Het is voor beiden een mooi, moeilijk, emotioneel en uitdagend proces. Wat de uitkomst gaat worden? De tijd zal het antwoord geven. Dank je wel voor alle mooie suggesties die we mochten ontvangen. Wie weet komt er nog eentje met de gouden oplossing :-)

p.s. En uiteindelijk beseffen we ook dat het een enorme luxe is en blijft dat we überhaupt zoveel keuzes kunnen maken in het leven. Reizend door alle arme landen is dat tenslotte voor veel mensen niet weg gelegd!
